We do have Celonis on premise, and also Free Celonis.
Unfortunately Celonis on premise works only with a purchased license whereas Free Celonis known as Celonis free plan is on Cloud. If you are interested in Celonis free plan, please follow this link for more details: https://www.celonis.com/solutions/free-plan/
