Hi,Im new to Celonis and currently doing trainings in the academy. However most guided tours are not working. Is this normal? How do I fix it? I'm using google chrome as browser. tyia.

    Im at the 'Frame Value course'. The same is happening in 'Build Analyses - Basics'.
