Hi,
I have acess to celonis partner portal but I am not able to acess https://persistent-systems-sandbox.demo.celonis.cloud/ui/login . Please help me to access Sandbox. My email id is manpreet_rekhi@persistent.com, provide instructions

HI Manpreet,

 

In the partner portal, please click on "Explore", button and in the dropdown, you will be able to see "Celonis Sandbox" as one of the option.

 

Attached is the screenshot,

 

If you do not see the option (being a first timer), ask the existing sandbox administrator to add your Email and invite you. Then you will be able to see the option in the dropdown.

Hi Amit,

 

I presume your Partner Portal and Sandbox passwords are different. Try resetting your sandbox password when it opens in a new browser. This will help.

I tried that but not getting reset link. I tried twice. I have also raised a request for this.

I fear, that should have helped. Have you checked your spam folders?

If still you are not getting any mails, I guess the support team can guide you through.
