We are in a similar situation, we are moving all our stuff to a sandbox environment.
Also, a c4c, even if you "spend" the credit, has a maximum months until expire.

I advice to talk with your Celonis partner representative
Regarding moving stuff from C4C to sandbox, content-cli will help you, but still to move the actual data (the tables) you will need python scritps and pycelonis.
