Hi Everyone, We got a requirement from client where they are asking whether we have the option to use Power BI dashboard as a source system and get the data into Celonis EMS. Kindly help if anyone is aware of the options available.

Could you please specify the requirements a little? What data is being generated in the Power BI dashboard that needs to be loaded into Celonis? Usually, the data visualized in Power BI resides somewhere else, so it is often a good idea to use that data source directly.

There is an API for Power BI. You can find the documentation at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/

Subsequently, you can probably build a data import using the Extractor Builder or via Python.

If you are looking for something like this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/reports/export-to-file you will surely be able to build an action flow as well.

not sure if you have already tried it via Action Flow but there is a Power BI module available where you can also get / retrieve data from Power BI to Celonis:
