I don't think asking about on-premise Microsoft solution here, as that's rather Celonis-centric community so that's possible you would be one of very few users using that certain piece of software. What's important usually on-prem documentation is harder to get as these products as rather older and often not offered in favour of the cloud solutions.

 

I think asking MS service desk related to the product would bring you the requested materials much quicker. :)

I'm asking if someone has done the integration between Celonis and MS Dynamics as I could not find documentation for that, if this is not the right place can you please advise which one is best as I don't think MS Service desk is the right one!
