I am not aware of any table that would be allowed to be accessed. But maybe there is another way.

 

You can access the information via

Why not create an action flow that reads the data and writes it to your data model?

You can download the CSV that contains a list of all Users and the Groups they are part of.

Also, via User Adoption View(https://help.celonis.cloud/help/display/CIBC/User+Adoption+Views#UserAdoptionViews-Problem), we are building user adoption views that will show what users are doing / using within EMS. This is scheduled for release ~Apr 2022.

This can help to answer:

Who is using the platform and how often do they login (This is captured in version 1)
What are users doing in the platform at an analysis level (Captured in version 2, ETA Apr 2022)
How long are users in the platform (version 2)
What does the user journey look like from LMS to Provisioning to Production (version 3)

Today, it is possible to see high-level user behavior in terms of logins with the first version of user adoption views in Team Settings.
