I'm aware of the "Global: true" to be added inside the YAML Editor but that filters the entire Knowledge Model, I would want it applicable to only one Record alone instead?

This seems possible - because you have KM filters and view filters. Have you experimented with applying a View filter? (Or even a component filter?) I may need to meet briefly to ensure I have full understanding of the use case/ request.
The question is rather theory-based. But, sounds very possible. Build a table select a record and apply a filter - essentially, work with a view, KM, and components - because filters can actually be applied on all 3 of these objects.
By testing you would be able to determine what it's best for your use case. And we would be better suited to assist you once we are looking at a view connected to a KM with filters applied

Please, Reenu, can you put into practice the actions outlined in my previous post? Thanks!

Hello @thomas.grant11 ,

Thanks for your tip 🙂 , however we want it in the Knowledge model itself to be filtered before pulling to a View.

Hello @juan.jose.zarzo ,

Thanks for your suggestion 🙂 . However before going to the View , we want it to be filtered in the Knowledge model itself, it looks like an Extension Knowledge model can be created where the single Record which needs to be filtered is pulled as an Extension Knowledge Model like the below screenshot and later necessary Filters could be applied solely to the Record inside the Extension KM:

Extension

Global Filter - note w the extension any changes are only on the extension. And BASE any changes are saved and pushed to the extension. You may already knew this but, something to keep in mind.
