Here are a few thoughts I have on the same

Continuous Monitoring and Alerting: AI can be used to monitor processes in real-time and provide alerts when deviations or anomalies are detected. Generative AI can assist in communicating these alerts and guiding users on appropriate actions.

Documentation/Knowledge Transfer: AI can facilitate knowledge transfer within an organization by generating documentation, training materials, or knowledge articles based on process mining insights. This helps in sharing best practices and insights with a wider audience.

Process Improvement Suggestions: AI can analyze process mining results and generate suggestions for process improvements. Generative AI can provide explanations and recommendations to users based on the insights obtained from process mining data.

Also if something like Business Miner has the capability for users to create their own analysis using Generative AI that would add a lot of value.

Also Celonis is working on using LLM to query the process model, converting human questions into PQL. They showed some demos in WorldTour
