Capture2Exception Celonis 4.5

The error is "connect timed out", I'm using Celonis Process Mining Data Integration Tool.


You can access the Manual directly from the platform (top left->Help)login 

To check the Logs and understand why the Data Model load failed, go to the App Server and search in the install path (log file name will vary depending whether you are running it on Windows or Linux).

 

The log files generated by the Celonis Server are in the “logs” folder that resides in the root of the Celonis Server install path. The “logs” folder will contain the following log files types:

• “cbpd_svc-stderr.<date>.log” (Windows)

• “commons-daemon.<date>.log” (Windows)

• “cbpd_svc-stdout.<date>.log” (Windows)

• “stderr” (Linux)

• “stdout” (Linux).


@gabriel.okaba11 I know where manual is located, however manuals for older Celonis versions like 4.3-4.6.1 are often not working, or working partially (examples: images not loading, some sites are unavailable like in the screenshot attached, in first post).

 

About the data model - problem solved, the reason was service called "SAP Process Mining By Celonis compute". I think that after the Celonis update (4.3 > 4.6.1) service status could be changed from standard "automatic" to "manual", so after server restart it won't start at all. After changing it to "automatic delayed running" everything seems to be working fine.
