We have an OLAP table on one of our Studio Views. Our analysts were not able to see the headers of a table(Column Names) while us admins can see those. All permissions to use this View have been provided.

Is there any feature/function or permission settings which blocks the user fom seeing the header of a table?

Best Regards,

Hi Sooraj,

Might be a 'turn your phone off and on' type of answer, but did you publish the package properly? Maybe it is only visible in Studio and not the Apps. Table headers should not be influenced by permissions.

Hi Joost,

Thank you for the reply. I did Publish it multiple times, but the result was same. I was wondering, Is there any property selections I need to make so that they are visible.

Hi Sooraj,

That is interesting. Are you able to share a screenshot of the OLAP table settings + OLAP table from your analyst's perspective?

In general, it should be shown automatically, but maybe some settings are adjusted.

Hi Joost,

Here are 2 screenshots, from Analyst view and Admin View. Could there be a YAML object which need to be modified? or any Browser setting which blocks it from viewing?

Hi Joost,

We just found that it had something to do with the Browser Compatibility. Some of our colleagues were using Firefox, which could not display the Headers. On the other hand Edge/Chrome does. Do you have the information onthe supported Browsers and their versions?

Sooraj

Hi Sooraj,

Yes, we always recommend using Google Chrome for/by Celonis. Within Safari we also have a lot of issues, like zooming-in at the Process Explorer.

I am using Chrome Version 104.0.5112.79 without any issues.
