Hi Zeliha, it does only mean you have no access to the email mailbox, have you configure the connection to the right SMTP server ?

I can send mail to the rpa processes in my company with this smtp and port via outlook.

But even though I write my smtp address in two different ways, I get this error, I can't add a connection.

I talked to the infrastructure team. They said that this method is correct but don't know why you are getting error in Celonis.

Hi, looking at the IP address, it seems to me this is a private IP address, you need to get the equivalent public IP address for the SMTP Server. Network team should be to help you out in getting this IP Address.
