    I think the following sources are a good starting point:

     

    CRMD_ORDERADM_H SAP (Business Transaction) Table - ABAP field list (se80.co.uk)

    SRM Tables - Supplier Relationship Management - Support Wiki (sap.com)

     

    And when it comes to SRM (approval) workflows e.g for Shopping Carts:

    Workflow Analysis Tool for Process Controlled Workflow - Supplier Relationship Management - Support Wiki (sap.com)
