I changed the column config to string, but it seems that the configuration is not applied successfully (still get error message when I tried to add foreign key,)
Anyone knows why it happened please help me

Execute the data_pool.create_table instruction in a different cell and see if it throws any warning or error.
Also, maybe if DELAY_PREDICTIONS already exists, it will somehow keep the original configuration of column _CASE_KEY as Integer
