Hi all, before Christmas I experienced an error when executing a skill for the task creation. It seems to be that there is a limitation of data entries for a table in the data model when executing a create task skill. I am confused because the table which gives me the error is not even used in the skill. It is just in the data model which is loaded for the knowledge model and skill. The threshold seems to be 30Mio entries.

Did someone experienced the same issue?

For large companies like BMW we have more than one table with 30 mio entries. @CelonisTeam: Does this means for such data models the task inbox feature is not useable?

Thank you for reaching out.

Kindly be informed that the issue here is that there is a table (ti_bi_tais_snr_all) that exceeds our current limitations. As soon as this happens, all Augmentation features (including Tasks) will be disabled for the entire Data Model (see documentation: https://help.celonis.cloud/help/display/CIBC/Task+Augmentation).
We recommend that when using tasks, create an operational Data Model, which only contains those data points truly needed at that point in time.
