Hi,

Came across the below slide in Partner asset library but couldn't find any file in the below format. Can you please let us know where to find activity definitions for a particular process along with the conditions used. Thanks.

Hi Deepti,

The library is constantly updated maybe you're looking for this template on the library "5c) Example Customer Requirements Gathering Best Practices"

https://www.celopeers.com/s/partner-asset-library?fileNumber=a5g07000000TY78AAG&folderNumber=a5i07000000XaYZAA0

Hope this is the document you were looking for.

Hi Andre,

The one shared by you is completely different from what I need.

I am looking for standard templates with activities defined for each process and the table fields/the conditions on what basis they have been defined. Please let me know if you find any such template.

Thanks!!

Regards,

Deepti Gandham

Hi @deepti.gandh,

I'm not aware of the existance of such examples on paper. However, for most common processes (especially SAP), such activity definitions can directly be downloaded from the Celonis Market Place in the form of Process Connectors.

Hello Jan peter,

Thanks for your response.

I have already checked the table requirements sheet provided with Process connectors but it doesnt contain the conditions column on what basis the activities have been defined.

Regards,

Deepti Gandham

Hi @deepti.gandh,

I just saw your post. If you haven't found the information you are looking for, then you could create your own standard activity list based on SAP tables references. What we are usually doing when we are building new activities that are not provided by the standard process connectors is search for DATS Datatype fields in the SAP Table reference. Since you need some sort of date for an activity and look for possible values in related columns. If you found the relevant date and information, then you build up the joins to create the activity. A good source for table information for SAP tables is ERPExplorer.

If you have further questions on how to derive activities, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Best,

Adam
