It could be that:

1) you do not have the correct permissions to view the dashboard / package

2) That the dashboard changes are not pushed from studio to apps by your team, which means you do not see the updated version. Are you looking at your dashboard from Apps or Studio?

1b) Not only check permissions on dashboard / package level. Maybe you have activated Data Permissions on Data Model level and must be added there or to a specific group.
