Edit Extensions in Open PO Management App

Hi,

I want to edit the Extensions in the Open PO Management App but I am getting the following error message:

The variable Cannot read property 'PO_NUMBER' of null. Please make sure that this variable is defined.

Which step am I missing? I tried to add PO_NUMBER as a View Variable and as a Runtime Variable.
