Data-model is not working for task mining. The activity log is appearing in Data models, but the same is not

Data-model is not working for task mining. The activity log is appearing in Data models, but when I create analysis based out of data model, I am getting 'No Process is Configured'. Anyone, Any thoughts?

Hello Vamshi. Check if you have the Activity Table defined.

Open your Data Model, click on the 3 dot buttons of your actv table, and "Set as Activity Table".

Later, define the case key, actv, event time.

Check the images below. ;-)

I might have miscommunicated my intent.... can you please guide me on how do I refresh the data model for task mining?

Hello Vamshi. The error you describe is usually related to missing process configuration, not data model refresh. do you have another issue then?

Oh, Yes, I think I did not inform.

 

I had successfully created the frontend of the application, last time I created, it was 3 days ago, and the record count in process explorer for task mining is 1990.

But when I run Select * from user_interaction_event_log, in Data job, I see 3888 records . When I put 'Force Complete Reload' the error is 'Data model load failed during table export: Data model tables: user_interaction_event_log contain more rows than the allowed maximum per table of 0. Please reduce the number of rows.'
