Creating Use-case for automatic assignment of case.
More specificity would be good. This sounds like an action flow task. There are action flow examples in try celonis demos.
We are creating a view/olap where current owner of case is being showed, but current ownership of case is not available in backend data. I came up with a view where business user can assign case to user manually in column owner against each case. As shown in following image:
But Now, customer is asking us for automatic assignment of case to user where there will be a logic behind assignment will be the user with less no. of cases with him will be assigned to newly added case. Is there any example referring which I can achieve this requirement. Thanks for help in advance.

I'm quite certain an Action Flow is your solution. Check them out on TryCelonis demos. The Procurement demo has them for certain but other likely have them as well.
