Hi all,

In one of our Studio Views, some components are not loading. We see the error message: 'The component contains a large amount of data. Loading may cause the browser to crash'.

It is just a KPI-bar component that worked properly before, but after we did some additional checks in between to set the scope of the cases correctly, it is not loading anymore.

My question is, what are the limits before such error messages pops up, or are there any best practices to solve this easily (for instance, a max number of nested KPIs or max number of rows?). This would help us in solving the issue.

Best regards,

Jan-peter

Error Message

Hello Jan-Peter,

It is interesting the error you have been presented with, it seems to me that it is not to a misconfiguration of the component in the View, because, last week I saw on Celonis Status that some components in Views had problems due to an update. Maybe you should open a support ticket for Celonis to check if the update problems persists? or is really a large amount of data problem?

Please could you share in this post any answer from Celonis so others can have this on scope?

Best regards

Hi @andré.tafur,

I didn't think of bug so far, so good suggestion. I will let you know the outcome if I know more!

Hi @janpeter.van.d ,

Did you get any update from Celonis support. Our team is facing incomplete load of components in OCPM Shipped Not Invoiced App. Can you let us know what resolution for your ticket was.

Regards,

Sachin

Hi @Sachin Topul,

I did indeed, and the infrastructure team increased the limit of data that components may consume in the backend. For us that solved the issue (and I think it was rolled out globally). If you are still facing this issue, I would advise to create a ticket your own, and maybe refer to this topic.

Best regards,

Jan-peter
