How is the membership to 'my team' arranged in Celopeers? Background: We have several users in Celopeers, belonging to a Celonis EMS-team, but cannot view cases created by the colleagues.

Clarification of 'My team' in Celopeers support portal.
+8Cases can be only viewed by the creator in Celonis, you can keep team member as collaborator however the same will only give you access to the email chain for the cases.
To view all case a user must be granted permission in Celopeers, generally you can have one or two users with such permission. Kindly raise a ticket with Celonis with the same question they should help you with the permission.
