Certification exam got failed ,How to re take the exam

Celonis gives you two chances to clear your certification exam.

So if you have failed in 1st attempt you can again retake the exam by following the same process.

Just go to the Implementation Professional  Exam 2021/2022 and select the exam module in which you have failed.

For eg: product conceptual or Methodology.

If you have failed in both the attempt then you have to repurchase the certification voucher to take the exam.

If you fail your second try, an additional fee is required for the third and final attempt.
