Has the On-Premise Environment in Celonis been deprecated or is there a plan for this? I'm looking for clarification and insights on why this shift might happen, and how to best handle the transition if we're still using the on-prem version

Got it. Celonis is not deploying CPM4 anymore. Being a hybrid solution, CPM4 is very difficult to manage and troubleshoot, as part of the architecture would be hosted on-prem, while other services would be made available online. Celonis Cloud, currently available, is better positioned to serve the main requirements. In case you should be facing sensitive IT Security requirements, you should take a look to the Private Deployment, who is very powerful, easier to maintain, troubleshoot, adapt to your security requirements, and also performant.

By “on-prem”, do you refer to have the possibility of running the extraction on-prem? or to run part of the Celonis processed on-prem - aka CPM4, and also referred to as hybrid deployment?
