Please elaborate the issue you are facing.

I assume you are trying to connect using uplink connector to an On-Prem system.

Please confirm you have the following ready:

-- Infrastructure are per requirements

-- The extractor server you are setting up - runs on which OS ?

-- Have you downloaded the agent to server ?

Let me know which stage you are currently in ?
