can we create dependency between action flow and Data model/Data Job successful run.This is to make sure that if the data model did not load or the related data job ran in to some error then the action flow also does not run on that schedule.

Agree, such condition is critical. I havent try myself but I belief it is possible because Data Model / Data Job has an API. Let me get back to you later sorry.

another option is to enable monitoring data pool where it captures all the log times of data jobs and data models. from there you can trigger an action flow based on that monitoring data pool.
