hmmmm
filters apply only to elements of the process model, and a variable it is not one.
you can use a variable in a Filter
you can store a full filter condition in a variable, including the "FILTER" word if needed
if you use a variable for, in example, a dim or kpi of an olap, filters will be applied to the results of that varialbe (i.e. you have a variable that store a specific table.column, so you can select the dimension to analyze)
BTW, I am speaking of studio. I guess it will be similar in Views/KM but not sure.

Really?
Can we add FILTER inside the KPI?
Wait. You can store a Filter in a Variable
To store a combination of a kpi with a filter, as in any other places, you need to use a CASE WHEN struct, or PU functions
Anyway I wonder if you can add filters to KPI's defined in a KM... need to test...

(Sorry the delay, wonderfull 4 holidays because of Easter... oh man I do love the "dolce far niente" )

Thank you Guillermo for your reply.
yes we can put the filters with case when. but this can be done for lineer kpi's.
I have nested functions it is hard way to do.
