I can calculate it according to the timestamps without problem but I need to calculate it removing the weekends, that is to say counting only from Monday to Friday, the working days. Is there any way to do this?

If you go to Event Collection you can define a customized calendar, where you can specify the working days and hours of your business (Event Collection -> Your_Data_Pool -> Process Data Models -> Your_Data_Model -> Calendar -> Use Calendar Options).
I belive that that's enough to solve the problem, but please let me know if it worked.
