I am working on a KPI (A), which is calculated based on the result from another KPI (B) but this KPI (B) should not affected by Dimension selections. Do you know if this is possible? Thanks

Maybe you can take a look at the PU function which can pull up to a constant. See: CONSTANT
However do take into account how PU functions respond to filters in general.
