Hmmm... probably you have tested it ... For me it seems here is clear

Once you have finished the setup in AWS, go to the AF, select the module AWS S3 (the function you want, I picked Get File) then press in Add to define the connection and you get another pop-up where to write the Key and Secret
But, you know, I haven't yet tested it in real-life end-to-end, so it is perfectly possible I am wrong.
