I've tried to use the Selenium package but since the ML Workbench is cloud based, that package doesn't work. I've tried automating this as well to no success.
The only option I haven't tried is using an API, but I couldn't find one with the necessary access.
Similarly, once you are in the swagger shown above, in the top right there is an option to switch to either the SCIM settings or Team settings. Within the Team, you can find the information you asked for regarding login events.
I'm unfamiliar if it can also help with adoption views, as in the opening and browsing of analysis and views by members.
Hi @pierre.aless12,
Adoption data is available, but is only enabled for teams with more than 80 users. Please read the docs about this topic: Studio Tracking Service (celonis.com).
The extraction is similar as described above, but also described in this post: Is there an api to read User adoption asset tracking service information in automated way? (celopeers.com)
Kind regards,
Jan-peter
FYI:
We have a new Celonis Platform Adoption App which is currently in beta testing.
- An independent App, not integrated in Admin & Settings
- The App is based on a public Data Model, a Knowledge Model and regular Views.
- Permission management can be organized in exactly the same way as for any other App.
- If required, anyone can build their own dashboards based on this data model.
We actually already have enough beta testers. But if you can't wait until the app is launched for everyone in our Marketplace, please get in touch with me.
