Hello, what's the reason you want to upload an XES files in Celonis?
If that's the data source, you will probably need to convert that to supported file types.
Best Regards,
Mateusz Dudek
Actually in Celonis XES files are supported, but uploading the data in the same format tool is not throwing any outcome
Could you please open an SD ticket and give us all the information on the issue you are facing?
Many thanks in advance!

Hi Mateusz,
Actually, the data is from BPI Challenge (Process Mining Competition) which is held everywhere in Germany and always the format of that data is in XES format.
Could you please open an SD ticket and give us all the information on the issue you are facing?
Many thanks in advance!
Actually, I did that earlier in response to which I was told that the format is not supported. But came to know that XES format is supported in Celonis

Hi @1460017772 the XES file can be uploaded by going to files upload as you posted the screenshot.
Keep in mind that the file upload has a limit to it ( max 1GB) also it depends on the restriction of the team on the rows part.
If you still are having issues please open a new SD ticket and we will help you to fix the issue.
Many thanks for understanding.
Have a great day.

Hi,
Yes, I am able to upload the file. But after uploading it nothing is happening. The size of the file is less than 1 GB. Can you please elaborate on the restriction of the team on the rows part? I didn't understand that.

HI,
For example if your team has a limit to 100k rows and you have more than 100k rows on the file that you are trying to upload, in that case you need to split the file in two parts and then reupload them again.
If you still are having issues please open a new SD ticket and we will help you to fix the issue.
Many thanks for understanding.
