Am i able to amend the 'Happy path' flow of tasks?If yes - can this include parallel gateways to reflect activities that can be done at the same time?

Hello,

It can be done by using "conformance" analysis. To add it, click on plus icon when being in analysis and select "conformance"

Then you can:

A) Mine the target process

B) Upload it

C) Draw it, using modeling tool

D) Pull from the process repository

After doing so, you should have your process model visible, you can adjust it and include so called "parallel gateway" with plus sign.
