[Action Flows + HTML] How do I ensure Text DOES NOT WRAP in our Action Flow Sent Out E-mails?

As you can see in the below Image:

The text in Green is Centered and Not Wrapped (Is it related to no spaces?)

But the text in Orange is Wrapping down, both in the Headers and in the Columns

I've attached a snippet of our HTML Code, where we're using <th></th> and <pre class="tab"> </pre>, which seem to work fine in an HTML Viewer website:

Any help would be much appreciated!
