Hi Andrew, I am looking for the Celonis Sanbox which is available in the partner portal. I found below in the kickstart (Welcoome kit).

The Celonis Sandbox Environment:

All partners that have signed the Celonis Partner Program Agreement are provided their own company-specific sandbox environment. This environment is your Celonis playground that allows you to deepen your knowledge by connecting to test systems and develop your own execution instruments & applications. Please note that the Celonis Sandbox is NOT allowing any productive use or customer data!

Watch out for an automated invitation to your Celonis Sandbox after having signed up for the Celonis Partner Portal (sent from no-reply@celonis.cloud) to create your account & get access.

Oh okay, thanks for the context. I would say that sometimes it goes to spam and sometimes the link takes a little while to send. And if all that doesn't happen, maybe try to submit again. I'll do more research on my side.

Thanks, checked spam folder already and nothing is there. Also, is there a separate option to submit Celonis sandbox access request? I already have access to the Partner Portal and also the TryCelonis option works for me (demo etc). Only when I launch the sandbox from Partner portal Resource link with same ID and password it shows Email or password are incorrect. I understood from the welcome kit an automated invitation to Celonis Sandbox would come after having signed up for the Celonis Partner Portal.

https://www.celonis.com/sandbox/new-editors/ This is for new editors of sandbox. Do you mean this sandbox, where there are components and prebuilt-out images? Or do you mean a sandbox instance of Celonis IBC?

I'll look into the sandbox for your specific partner. Which partner are you part of?

When I launch sandbox from the partner portal it takes me to https://ibm-in-sandbox.demo.celonis.cloud/ui/login. I am part of IBM India, hope this is the partner here.

When it brings you there are you able to create an account from the login? Or do a forgot password? Also is there anyway you have an IBM.IN or IBM.com variation?

Hi Andrew, there is no option to create account in the sandbox login page, but there is option to reset password. I tried it few times but no email came with reset link. Got this message: If your account is eligible for password reset, we will send an email to arunpaul@in.ibm.com. Please check your inbox for a message from Celonis. In the password reset email click Reset password.

Also, we should not have an IBM.IN or IBM.com variation.

I have received invitation to join sandbox now, and can access this URL: https://ibm-in-sandbox.demo.celonis.cloud/process-mining/ui

Hi, I have encountered the same issue as you met. Until now I haven't receive any invitation to join my company's sandbox after registering the partner portal's account. Could you please let me know what you had done to get the invitation to join the sandbox?
