Hello! I'm having trouble understanding how to use the training / free plan environment with my own data. There is a guided tour that uses demo data set, I went through the beginning of it but don't understand how to create a project with my own data... I have a CSV file with an event log example. This is what I have tried so far.
- Go to Studio, create a new package, first step is "Choose Data Model". There is no option to upload a file and only the demo models are available on the list.
- Go to Business Miner. It shows a message about "Setting up Project Workspace", click Let's Get Started. Select Process Type = Other. This takes me to a screen that has "Choose your Data Model" and it has an "oops" message (see screenshot) saying to "contact your admin". There is no "admin", I'm just by myself trying to learn things...
- Click on Data, then Data Integration. This shows some kind of diagram with an item "Connect to Data source". This finally has an option to upload a file and I'm able to upload a file successfully. The file is in the list with a green checkmark next to it. But what do I do next? There are no buttons and it seems to be going in circles and not actually "connecting" anything...
Note: I've also tried Celonis course on Udemy. In that course, the author uses something called Quickstart to upload a file. There is no such option anywhere. Am I missing something? Am I in a wrong place? Is what I'm trying to do no longer possible? I'm lost completely... Help?
