Unable to download PTP Name mapping template
Hi,
Im trying to add translations for our PTP data model as requested by the client, however, upon downloading the PTP Name mapping template it says " failed to download PTP Name mapping.

in case this error still occurs, I would suggest to reach out to our Servicedesk to find a solution. Without further information it is difficult to find a solution.

I faced the same problem in the past and the SDesk response (SD00117772 ) was that the Excel file size is too large.
They've suggested removing duplicates and unnecessary name mapping rows. This should solve your problem.
