we had the same issue and we got this answer from the Celonis Support:
"This error indicates that the program is not able to access the folder defined in the path Z_CELONIS_TARGET. Either it has not been created on the file system, or not all the servers in the landscape or logon group can access it.
please check the following:
- Make sure the RFC user has permissions (role import)
- Please check if you are using SAP Logon Groups. If yes, you need to make sure that you use a Network drive for the Z_CELONIS_TARGET instead of the default local temp space and that it is available from all SAP servers.

We resolved the issue by making sure the physical path (point 2, sub-point 5) was filled in correctly.
Hope this can help anyone who has the same issue in the future.
