Hi, we’re planning to use task mining for one of our customers.
Would it be possible to install a desktop application on employees’ laptops without them noticing?
Also, once the application has been installed, can it be run silently so that employees are not aware that they are being monitored?

as far as I know the desktop application cannot be hidden and due to data security regulations, the employees need to be informed about this data gathering in any way.
