You will need an API Key with sufficient access on the EMS team of the other company in order to do this.

Hi @Matt Slocum,

I only know that this is possible between pools within one instance, but since it is the vision of Celonis to share process information within companies, it could be that its possible in the back-end.

For now, the Intelligence API (see https://developer.celonis.com/intelligence-api/getting-started/) is the easiest way to share information from you Knowledge Model using an API interface, so that the other party can poll new information.
