Hi @xuegang.yu,
Could you share more information what error pops up when you are trying to connect your MSSQL database?

Hi Klein,
Thanks a lot for your reply!
Here is the screenshot, I am trying to create an uplink integration, but the status is unlinked.
Hi @xuegang.yu,
Are you sure that the uplink server is running? Assuming you work on a Windows system, you should be able to see the connector being installed as a service. There the status should be 'Running' before it will be visible in Celonis (see screenshot below for an inactive connector)
Steps to reproduce:
- Ensure to fill in the correct keys in the 'application-local.yml' file
- Install the service using install.bat as administrator
- Go to services (use the search bar in the start menu and type 'Services')
- Look for the installed service and check if it is running. If not, try to restart using the 'start' button.
- If it cannot be started, check if all requirements are met
- If it is running, but cannot be found in Celonis, check the credentials
- If everything is correct, open a service request for support.

Hi Jan-peter,
Thanks a lot for your reply, I have checked the first 5 items as you mentioned, believe I have followed. But for 6: If it is running, but cannot be found in Celonis, check the credentials.
could you please let me how and where I can find it to check?

Hi @xuegang.yu,
The credentials are only visible once when creating a new Uplink Connection. If you not saved this, they will not be visible again.
If you are not sure about this part, create a new uplink connections, save the clientId and clientSecret on a safe location (such as a password manager) and update these values in the 'application-local.yml' file. Make sure you also fill in the correct URL to your Celonis Environment here.
I hope this helps!
Best regards,
Jan-peter

Hi Jan-peter,
Sorry for my late response since it was holiday last week.
Actually, I have saved the clientID and clientSecret in the yml file. The problem is that all of the uplink status is unlinked like below screenshot:
May I ask is it possible to connect with the local database in the training system?

Hi @xuegang.yu,
I would not recommend to post credentials on this public forum due to security reasons :)

I wasn't aware that you were using a training environment. It could be the case indeed that uplink connectors are not supported indeed. I you want to be sure about this, I would advice to create a support ticket (see the 'support' tab on top of this website).

Hi Jan,
Got it! thanks and I will create a ticket.
