Where I can find list of supported and unsupported Database with celonis ?

Even though documentation says that Celonis supports multiple databases like Oracle DB, HANA, Teradata etc but the documentation does not clearly states the required steps for configuring the same connector to connect to multiple DBs on premise.
It will be great if such documentation is made available, e.g. how to use the same connector to connect to Oracle DB and Teradata DB within same network.
We have been trying to configure it but it does not work and due to lack of documentation we are nor sure where the problem is. Please help answering this question.
