How to solve error message " issue exporting from the Pool Provider"?

Hi I have the following problem when I try to load a data model, "The Data Model Load experienced an issue exporting from the Pool Provider", I tried to look in Celonis Academy and Help Resources, but I wasn't able to find anything regarding this issue. Pls, does anyone know how to solve this problem?

We had recently an error similar "The Data Model Load experienced an issue with the Data Pipeline Orchestrator." and it was a temporary problem either in Celonis cloud, or related to javascript code not interpreted by the browser.

 

I'd suggest try in other team in the same cloud to see if it happen too, and/or checking with other browser. Or, of course, open a ticket...

Thanks, Guillermo, I found that there was a problem with the structure of the Case Table, initially was created as a view so I changed it to a table, I'm not sure if that was the correct cause of the problem, but with that change, I was able to solve the problem.
