Dear Celonis users,

I only know how to create a filter in KM and apply it to a table.

I would like to restrict the scope of filters, so that they will only have impact on one tab, when I put those filters in the filter bar. Is it possible to achieve this goal on Celonis web version?

Yes, you can achieve this by unselecting the “Apply on all tabs” option in the filter bar below. By doing so, you’ll be able to apply filters from the filter bar on an individual tab basis.

Hello @Siddharth_Gupta,

Unfortunately this doesn’t work. I already deselect “Apply to all tabs”, but filters on the filter bar will still have cross-tab impact on results.

Anyhow thank you for your reply!

Kind regards,

Leslie

Hi @Leslie Lei

As far as I know, it’s not possible to exclude certain tabs or containers with components from your filter.
The only option that I see, is to exclude the components on a certain tab one by one by the setting as depicted below.

I hope this helps!

Best regards,
Jan-peter
