Looking for the case count (VBAP) and Duration (cycle times) ? This should be already available as part of standard content in Celonis Marketplace apps.

You can leverage Process explorer as well for the cycle time and case count.

You can use below and for Total Cycle time, try AVG(CALC_THROUGHPUT(CASE_START TO CASE_END, REMAP_TIMESTAMPS("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME", DAYS)))
