Yes Celonis definitely has many Use Cases in the Pharma and Life Sciences Sectors.

1. The Process Connector will solely depend on the ERP or IT System the Healthcare/Pharma Company is using.
2. The Data Model can be OTC or PTP or AP or AR, based on the Process Model.

There is a very good documentation on the Used Cases and KPIs that can be used in Pharma at the Partner Portals Library (Product Knowledge/Industries).
