Hi Clemens,
The database team that originally gave you the credentials to connect to SAP may have changed them. This error is essentially saying the JDBC is not able to connect. I would reach out to the database team for new credentials or if your security settings changed.

Hi Andrew,
I have tested it locally with the same username, password, host, and port information using the driver offered by SAP and it works fine. I can access the database and can select data using SELECT statements (see attachment). So credentials and security settings are fine. However, I asked them if they have changed any further security settings on the SAP HANA database, but there are no changes in the last months.

The development team could fix this issue last weekend. Today, everything works like before. Now, I can load data from SAP HANA to Celonis EMS.
Hi Clemens,
the problem in that case is that we are not allowed to distribute the HANA driver anymore due to legal reasons, so you need to supply it yourself, more information can be found here: help.celonis.cloud/help/display/CIBC/General+Overview
