Hi all I have been getting this decompression failed data load error on my on prem 4.6 environment. Has anyone seen this before/ know the steps on how to fix it? Any help is appreciated as we are not able to access our analysis.

Hi @1460044490,

in those cases it makes sense to reach out to our Servicedesk (servicedesk@celonis.com). Most of the times there is more information required (e. g. customer, logs). They will guide you on finding a solution on that matter!

Hopefully, you will find an answer on this issue!

Best,

Justin

Hi Lisa,

a common cause is a lack of disk space. Hence, it cannot be decompressed.

The nice thing about Onpremise is that you can further investigate the data model failure by looking at the Engine/App Logs.

The log files generated by the Celonis Server are in the “logs” folder that resides in the root of the Celonis Server install path. The “logs” folder will contain the following log files types:

·       “cbpd_svc-stderr.<date>.log” (Windows)

·       “cbpd_svc-stdout.<date>.log” (Windows)

·       “stderr” (Linux)

·       “stdout” (Linux).

Search for the event of the Data Model failure, and it will provide you further details on the error.

Best,

Gabriel
