Hey Naveen, On Celonis 4.5 you have the possibility to send out automated reports by Mail. You could send those mails on the date and time expected for the data load to be finished by. In these reports Id add the newest date in a few tables and if they havent changed from the last load, then you should look into your data collection. Other than that no automated mailing is possible in Celonis 4.5 at least to my knowledge. Best Regards, Benedict

Hey Naveen, First you have to set-up a SMTP Mail Server in the system settings of Celonis. Our feature for automated reports is called Stories. To set up a new story based on a existing analysis you have to go into that analysis in draft mode, press one the menu button in the top left corner and select stories. The window should change and you should be able to create, delete and edit stories. The story mode works similar to the analysis mode, with the difference that you can add a new page in the top right corner, have only the components available which you created in the analysis itself and you can switch between creating the story and adjusting the automated mail routing on the top center of the story mode.
