I’m trying to connect Celonis in Power BI

I created an Application Key but still don’t see any tables loaded after connection

What could be the issue?

    In the past, this was a feature that needed to be enabled, not sure if that’s still the case. 

    Please ensure you followed all persmission details as described here: https://docs.celonis.com/en/celonis-platform-connector-for-power-bi.html. 

    If you did that, I personally prefer to use other tools to see if information is coming through. The PowerBI connector relies on the Knowledge API, which you can run in Postman as described here: https://developer.celonis.com/process-intelligence-apis/knowledge-model-api/get-started/getting-started/. If the information is not visible using this API, it will also not be visible in PowerBI. This helps you to isolate the problem.
