If you did that, I personally prefer to use other tools to see if information is coming through. The PowerBI connector relies on the Knowledge API, which you can run in Postman as described here: https://developer.celonis.com/process-intelligence-apis/knowledge-model-api/get-started/getting-started/. If the information is not visible using this API, it will also not be visible in PowerBI. This helps you to isolate the problem.
